I backordered a pre-release domain.
I love that domain very much, only two backordered that domain, I thought I might get it.
But I was not involved in this auction.
I even didn't find it till I looked up the whois.
In my control panel, the domain status is "wish list".
After I found that, I submitted a ticket.
After some days' investigation, technical support replied,
"We regret to inform you that a very rare technical error occurred during the processing of this auction which erroneously excluded your account."
I have no fault!So I want the chance back to the auction.But the support asked me to buy it from the current owner,
"As he just recently received it, you may be able to purchase it from them".
Even worse ,the ticket was closed without last response! !!
Please help me, what shall I do now? I'm still angry!
