Namejet listed my name but I didn't ask them to do so

This week I contacted Namejet because one of my domains ( OneOffPayment.com ) was listed at Namejet however I was not the one who did so ... I got these answers from Namejet:

"It looks like this was an old listing from the old owner, however we were not notified that the domain has changed hands"

"We have received notification that the domain listing was from a previous owner that was never removed"

I handreg'd the domain a few weeks ago and did not know it had been registered before.

I presume this is a problem all domain (listing) sites are facing and not a Namejet specific problem?

This is a common problem that also happens in GoDaddy auctions. Well, not really your problem: if the domain is sold on such an auction, the marketplace will simply tell to the buyers that a mistake happened, and probably will not even contact you. Still, it is good to have such listings removed so as not to confuse people.
