Namejet Auction

I have just backordered a domain name through the Namejet's pre-release scheme. However, just as I placed my backorder, one other person placed one too. Now that the time for backordering has passed, there are 2 bidders - myself, and somebody else. The "Type" attribute now says "Wish List".

Am I right in thinking that now the name will go to a 3-day auction, which is exclusively between me and the other person that backordered it, or is it available to the general public?

Wish list is that you either was late to backorder pre-release domain or it wasn't at neither Network Solutions nor at ENOM and thus it was ordinary backorder and NJ didn't catch it.

Now in the "My Backorders" section it says "[Pending Auction]" next to the name. When is the auction likely to start, and will it be just between me and the other person who backordered it, or open to the general public?

There would be a 3 days private auction only -- Only between you and another bidder.
