After registering a domain name today I tried to park it with Namedrive.com. The problem I'm having is the website won't allow me to add it to my portfolio as it says FAILURE REASON "Domain name is already listed with NameDrive."

What am I to do now? besides wait, as I've already requested an "ownership review"

Thanks.

In my opinion. SmartName is not that bad as some described. I have been trying if for a long time and the payout is good. Set the keywords comes good first if you wanna be paid well. Pm me if you have any question.

BODIS will pay you more, especially if your domain names got International traffic (not only US traffic). The advantage of Namedrive for now is maybe that they have some great templates and in-depth statistic details.

Thanks for the coments, stingrae.
Will have a try.
How to compare namedrive with bodis?

simple give them a try. some domains work better with this parking provider and other with that. I suggest you use above.com and let their system optimize the revenue for you.

I had about 15 names with ND for a few weeks. Hardly any views at all and zero revenue. I'm slowly moving them all to Noomle and building mini sites.

Namedrive is worth a shot if you have some names that get traffic already. In fact most parking services are worth giving a shot if your name gets traffic already. That's the key to any domain name being successful at any service.

If it is a name that doesn't get traffic and is not likely to due to it not being something that someone would type in (direct type in), I would suggest other services like Noomle, Whypark, Epic, and so on to help develop and build traffic, or go full blown development or minisites.

:)

ND has many and beautiful templates and statistics.
According to my experience, my preferences are:
1. Bodis (high payout)
2. ND
3. Parked
4. Sedo
5. Trafficz

Ive been using namedrive since 2006 till now.
Payments are still on time.. Payment are out every 15
Last few years i use to get payment a few days earlier but lately
they are givng out payments on the actual day or a few days late.
But probably coz i am Using Bank TT payment method.
Nevertheless there are prompt on payment.

AS for clicks. they are better than sedo n trafficz
But ppc kinda drop compared to when i first started but i guess coz ppl are using more social networking ads nowdays,..

NameDrive offers unparalleled control over your domain settings and therefore the area of optimization may take some time to master. However, with the help of the Optimization Guide ND and time, will become apparent that nothing can stand in the way of achieving the full potential of your domains!

Namedrive is great, no complaints here. Sometimes the PPC can be low, but it is not too bad.

Only good experiences with NameDrive, compared with other parking services. They won't make me rich, but it is decent - and ND staff is reliable, honest, good communication.
Positive experiences with Bodis too, decent revenue for a few domain names parked.
I was very enthusiatic about WhyPark, but revenue is completely down: less for 200 domains (some with traffic) at WhyPark than for a handful of domains at Bodis!

It's bizarre to read positive reports about Namedrive, but I suppose everybody has a different experience. I had about 35 names with Namedrive and around the middle of last year, I noticed they'd all been deindexed from *G*. I never made much in parking, but the deindexing was reason enough for me to close my account there and move my names.

I have had a core group of "parked" domains for a few years so have had some time to "test" the various parking services. As always, the domains you own sometimes favors one service over the others, but I spent considerable time selecting templates and optimizing at each site. My results- in terms of revenue generated per month- are as follows.

1. NameDrive
2. Whypark
3. Sedo Parking
4. Smartname
5. Parked

I should point out that the difference in revenue from #1 and #2 to the rest was quite significant. NameDrive has been very consistent and pays on time. Some were a total waste of time. I no longer use Whypark due to stale and dated content and inevitable de-indexing.

Namedrive is good.

What bothers me (Read this namedrive you can improve a lot), is unlike parked.com they're a hassle when adding domains.

Sedopro is actually fine too. But (read this Sedo), their adding domains is more of a hassle than namedrive.

At sedopro somebody wanted to buy one of my domain, cialisonline.org for $50. I had no experience selling domains at sedo. So I give it a try. But of course I didn't have time to watch the domain carefully.

Result? I got banned from sedopro. I am given a second chance as sedo customer. Cool. I said. Once I get $200 per month I should be upgraded to sedopro right?

They never answered that question. Communication is difficult (because I am no longer a sedopro member). All just because of one domain I simply forget. They think I deliberately try to sell domain I do not have. C'mon. Why would I?

Will try skenzo.

Those 2 can pay more than parked.com. You know what? I stay in parked.com

They treat me like a human being.

I got 3200 domains. I can't be hassled by some people verifying each one whether I own it or not. Sorry. Both of our time is precious.

This is the third time I happen to recommend namedrive, because I use it and not because am part of... :)

Namedrive is easy to use, stats are clear, graphics similar to Google adwords page, you manage your domains, group them in folders of your choice, select keywords, contact with support is surprisingly easy in my experience but I cannot say much about others...one thing, I didn't like Sedo much. Maybe they now changed but as someone else already said, Namedrive definitely pays me more than Sedo...

I hope you find your way!

Is it normal to see click revenue adjusted after 3 days ?

I've just noticed that they have cut of revenue for clicks my domains made in last 10 days for at least 30%. One site for example had 4 clicks and 0.40$ made on Tuesday and today they have cut that amount to 0.20$. Amount of clicks is same but revenue cut in a half.

That doesn't look very promising for me. Amounts are tiny so money is not important here but I am not happy to see this and would be even less happy if this happened on bigger level.
