Namecheap's privacy guard - Email not forwarded

Anyone else has this problem?
When I tried to send email to address used by NC's privacy guard I received "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender"

No, it's a long email with letters and numbers, something like:
[email protected]

btw. I've tried mine and it works

NC made some changes a couple of months ago (...maybe more).
I remember I was constantly getting notices to manage the whoisguard emails. Don't really remember what I did to set it up though.

All it set up by NC - so default setting (redirect to main email)
I might have to disable it if NC can even do the basic forwarding...

The mailserver is apparently looking for an IPv6 address.
I think you should forward this to NC so they check their current setup.

One thing you need to know: NC use the Enom platform, and their IP addresses are often blacklisted. So a lot of forwarded E-mail may never make it to the final destination.

Yeah, submitted a ticked already - although about the whole different problem.
After removing whoisguard now I need to verify the contacts but I'm not receiving email with a link to click.
Confirmation about submitting ticked came without the problem. Test emails from other sources arrive correctly too.
I don't know what the $#@ is going on...

Anyone with domain at Namecheap feels like testing their own WG email and tell me if theirs work?
