How long has it been?

They have always been reasonably quick when it came to answering my e-mails.

It took NameCheap just over 24 hours to answer the last 'help!' email I sent to them.

Also, if I ever just have an issue with my account, they just fix the problem and forget about it, so to speak. Great, that they fix the problem, but an email back to tell me what was wrong, or to say 'sorry for any inconviance' would be nice! I don't mean to be cheeky, I'm sure some of you guys know what I mean! :)

yes Darren, I understand what you mean, it's really annoying to have to login and figure it out :(

I was hoping some rep from namecheap would see this and ask my problem but I guess not. :(

probably you can make a post at WebHostingTalk.com
They have a rep there but not sure whether he is active.

They answered my email quick within the hour...

how long ago did you sent that email?

I think it might depend when exacty you send the email, during the time of day, because I've had support replies within the hour aswell. Thats all I seem to hear about NameCheap support; You get an email reply with the hour, or you don't get one for about 24 hours!

I am curious to know how many support guys they have over there, because by the sounds of it, it's as if there is only a few. On addon, what are the chances these few support reps have to take your issue up with somebody 'higher' than them, who could handly any possible server problems with your account?

Dr.Pepper, may I ask what your issue is about?

Hello Dr. Pepper,
Could you please send me your problem to [email protected] and I will check out what the problem might be. I know we go through ALL support emails every day and most should be answered within one or two hours unless they need to be escalated to our developers but even then it should never take longer than the same day. I'll be waiting for your email.

Unusual, because I have always received replies in under 60 minutes, even with requests for EPP codes. And they're always friendly and enthusiastic.

Sure all will be sorted soon :)

When asking for a support, one should be cool. No cursing words.

it is good that everything ends well:tu:

I had 1 run in with NC to request an epp code for a transfer out. The system they have for giving you your epp code is downright dirty and unsecure. Other then that support was quick timewise. Support rocks, security doesn't.
