Namecheap - Problem

I bought a domain via namecheap, subsequently, I transferred the DNS to another company. With 6 DNS. Namecheap appear to only allow 5. I emailed support twice to find out if there is a way around this / can they set up the DNS for me (I gave them the info). I wrote them on the 16.9.06 and chased it up. Now it's nearly October and still they don't reply.

Any ideas?

Theres redundancy and then theres paranoia I think the odds of a problem occuring that would incapacitate 5 servers that didn't also effect the 6th one are near impossible. But there is the tried and true method of calling them, phone calls usually get the job done, or at least a response.
