Hello.
I'm newbie with domain name registration. What do you think of NameCheap.com?
Are they good for domain name registration?

They are good enough, but since i found cheaper registrar (e.q. domainsite and godaddy), I do not register from them anymore ....

Namecheap is a reseller for Enom BUT they have excellent customer service. I recently had a crisis at 3 am on a Saturday night and it was all fixed within an hour and a few emails back and forth. (The problem was MY own doing) Their pricing is so so but you can find discount codes around the place to knock off $1.

yeah sometimes i also use namecheap i like said before their service is quite good. I had already problems with godaddy and namecheap but namecheap is in my way faster with a solution.

I have a domain at NameCheap.com. They are a pretty good register.

I am with Namecheap and Ive never had any dramas. Look for a discount coupon code before registering, this month its bottlerocket, to the price of $7.98 instead of $8.88.

I really like NameCheap's customer service, but i only have one domain there since Godaddy with slightly sucky customer service has cheaper prices.

How much is godaddy cheaper than namecheap.com? seems like .com domains cost $8.88 with both registrars.

i have domains registered both in godaddy and name cheap. What I like most in namecheap is..its easy registration process (no annoying and extravagant offers). Further, there is no hidden fees in namecheap unlike godaddy with price exclusive of 25 cents ICANN registration fee. Namecheap is an Enom reseller which is an ICANN accredited registrar.

Namecheap is good and they have a nice control panel.
There are promos codes available (search the forum ) so you pay just $7.99 reg fee.
