Namecheap.com expected time to register a domain : +17min

I do not know if this happens to you, but since more than one week, register a domain in Namecheap is an annoying task, I can not register a .TOP, and some .com appears as registered,when in fact it is free. But the solution is even more annoying considering that the support level 1 takes up to 10 minutes to send to support level 2 for a total time of 17 minutes to register a domain name, so every time I have to explain the same situation.

Very bad Namecheap you have fallen from 10 to a dangerous 6.

At the end i will have to find another solution or make the trip for each new registration.

At the end of this, i found a new .,top.. so, here we go again.

It's just not NameCheap. There was an issue with the backend registrar of many domain registration sites like Dotster and domain dot com too. I faced same issue with them yesterday. When the available domaim names were showing already registered. I contact their support and they register those domains for me in few minutes. They are aware about this issue. Seems like the sites who using PDR as backend registrar are more effected.
