Namecheap auction scam

I recently won an auction on namecheap, they were waiting for the transfer of the domain from their partner which resulted in the domain expiring during the 5 days I was waiting for them to send me the payment inquiry.

The domain lost its "registered on" date because it expired and they refuse to refund me the money from the auction.

They also charge 2 years of registration which is understandable and which I am not asking a refund for, I am simply asking a refund for the money I paid for the auction.

This is unacceptable. Scammers

Namecheap/Spaceship are doing some shady stuff recently.

First, the disappearing domain names from account because of open-ended TOS rules.

Now, weird auction winnings and transfers.
