Namebright.com has a serious bug

All domain push at namebright will have 60-day lock.
This problem occur since the end of May.
I found this problem yesterday and send a email to namebright.
They told me they need a month to fix this bug, wtf!
More than 40 domains are locked and can not transfer out before expire.
The transfer price is $5.99 and the renew price is $8.53.
That means I will lose more $100 directly due to this bug.

I ran into this same bug with a name. Very disappointed in namebright's support for not just releasing the lock when I notified them of this and asked for them to unlock the name.
