Possible Bonus to Second Place Bidder:
If the winner does not take all of the names, the second place bidder can at their option take any one remaining name at the price of their second place bid or as many names as remain at 1.5x their bid. For example, if the winning bid was $22 and second place $18, and the winner just took one name, the second place bid would have the option of any one of the remaining names for $18, or all three remaining for $27. This is of course totally optional.
