Just got an email from the president of "Name Investors LLC" asking about my domain bumperstickerquotes.com and asked for a list of any other names I owned. Anyone heard of the company? And appraisal for bumperstickerquotes.com?

Don't know the company, but sounds like the beginning of an appraisal scam.

ya could be. I'm aware of the trick. The old "I need an appraisal before I buy" line. Not falling for it.

It is the infamous appraisal scam. They will try to get you to pay for an appraisal, then disappear.

just tell them to pay for the appraisal and find out for themselves, then make an offer. Or tell them to go eat ****. It's like buying a house and expecting the home seller to pay for your home appraisal and inspection.
