Hello guys.
I purchased 20 .store domains from Name.com. I then asked for a refund, a day after for three of them because I wasn't happy with the three domains.
I said "How do I go about getting a refund?" two days go by... I remind them. They then took 4.5 days to respond, saying of course I can. I then woke up in the morning and because of their shocking customer service the five day grace period was up. What makes it worse is that since the 5 days of grace, they are now replying straight away.
Is this normal from them? They have kind of legally scammed me...
Along with their renewals being like $70, compared to name cheaps $8....
AVOID.
