i am planning to develop a NAME website where pplz can come and find DIFFERENT names and their meanings...
Is there a CMS system that makes it easy for me to INPUT names and meanings?

i dont know any, but you can always do with html :P

but for real. you have to make it for yourself. with some simple tutorials i am sure it can be done

Well there are some sites that just give u the CODE....i m looking for a tutorial that teachs u and explains after every step....etc...
