.nam? .sam?

Does anyone think with the recent launch of .Asia that there will ever be a tld for North America and South America? I personally wouldn't mind it, though I think most people in North America like to use their Country Codes before a Continent Code. Also .na is taken so it would have to be something like .nam or .north. This could open more possibilities. There is .EU, .ASIA, .AU(yes I know for the Country), and a North and South American one only seems next.
