I had a high $x,xxx offer but buyer never paid. I don't say that this is it's value, but even not completed, it indicates some interest. In any case, I am not forced to sell asap.

I mean adding one extra year before expiry, seeing a far away expiry date in some circumstances might encourage buyer to make an offer IMHO
