Since they are merging their sites together, their website will be going through a revamp of some sort.

I would be pretty cautious about using a host that couldn't even keep their own sites online during a merger.

pricing to be adapted is that of hostmysite.com pricing for dedicated server which is pricey compared to that of the old myvaluehost.com pricing.

The email only support of myvaluehost was never that good. Hopefully it will improve
