Mystery Transfer?

Here is a new one for me.

Just received a notice from DomainStore.net (TheNamesStore.com is the real url) that my transfer request for GlobalStuff.com will take place in 5 days. Thats great, but I do not own GlobalStuff.com or I did not put the transfer in for it lol. In fact, I don't really like the name.

I dont why because of the name, but could somebody be trying to steal it using my contact info?

Anybody else ran into this yet.

I would make sure the email was real and if so emal them and the person who shows up in the whois.

I just recieved advice to transfer my name smsdating.info to dotregister.com, obviously someone wants to steal my name!

Sounds "phishy" to me...

Could be, but it doesnt ask for me to do anything. In fact, it looks like any other transfer-related email except for the domain.
