myspacegirls.com is up to 178,000 on tdnam.com right now.

how is myspacevid.com any different?

Actually, I think its because a lawyer could protect myspacegirls easier than myspacevids - the latter is obviously for use with the web site, while the former, if read like "my spacegirls" is less clear. (i.e. my spaceman would obviously be safe)

IMO; I'm certainly not a lawyer so don't take this as anything close to legal advice!

myspace is a trademark just like ebay or google. myspacegirls will Definitely a problem in the future especially when it starts competing with myspace.
