Sale includes domain name registered at namecheap.
Site is hosted on a free server (buyer will get login & host info, don't want to bombard the host here). Server is also ad-free, no strings attached hosting. Site is completely installed at host, no need to move it or the domain, free host provides enough space and bandwidth, plus email & php which is more than enough to operate this site.
Since no install is needed, all one has to do is modify a couple of files with your own adsense ID (instructions included), and add any links as desired. No installing, moving, downloading or DNS required. The site will be yours and functional as soon as payment is made.
Consider no revenue as I never set up an adsense channel to track or promoted much (although the site is getting traffic..set it up a month or 2 ago).
