Myspace Does A "Mashup" With Facebook

Myspace just announced plans to use Facebook's data to improve its site.

Users can now log into Myspace with Facebook connect, and all of their likes will get sucked into Myspace. With that information, Myspace will try to become a hub for users watching their favorite TV shows and listening to their favorite music.

Myspace should just focus on music as it will always be superior to Facebook in that way. Quite frankly I hate what they did to their new layout. Their original layout was much superior to Facebook's layout. Quite frankly Facebook is overrated.

Yahoo didn't surrender because it was never in the search engine fight. Yahoo's business strategy was all-in on web portal, not search.
