MyBB PayPal Donation & Usergroup Changer

Howdy,

I am currently trying out for size MyBB forum software.

I am looking to find or have create a 'hack' if you will, that would allow my users to 'donate' via PayPal, and in doing so trigger on the forum software to move them to another usergroup such as 'VIP' or 'Donor' similar to the 'Subscription Manager' in which vBulletin has.

If someone could possibly throw out a price tag for something like this, or even better link me to where I can download & install something that already exists, it would be greatly appreciated.
