My Wp blog can't shown plugin tab.why?

please tell me anybody that in my Wordpress blog in admin panel,I can't see plugin tab please tell me why this happen.
actually I want to activate adsense to my Wp blog.
any body please help me

Screenshot your blog, and tell us what you changed.

On a sidenote, there's no way in hell you need "Plugins" tab to add AdSense.

that's strange! you might want to reinstall wordpress.
or just try to load the page directly - yourdomain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

you don't need a plugin unless you want adsense inside your posts
if you want your ads somewhere else, like in the sidebar, you can just add the code in the template files (ie sidebar.php)
