Cool.
I love the images, it provides a nice backdrop.
The content area could use some work though, black and white reminds me of Netscape 1.0 (on My LabTop :p).
I would suggest a part transparent white background and your sky theme in behind.
Custom scrollbars would make things nicer.
The underline on mouseover for the links at the top is very nice.
Once you get a few more pages in there it will look great.
Also, the enter page where it says click to enter - make a link cursor over the image. This could be done with custom cursors or with a blank <a> tag. Example: <A HREF="javascript:return false;"><IMG onClick=".... ect.
The top of the page is nice, but the image might be a little much. Think of the people with 10k!
Don't just say "Oh, well my site is directed more to this group of users..", I've made that mistake myself and I've seen lots of great sites die because of that.
I've also discovered some security and compatability issues in your source code. If you use a program to create your pages, my best advice is "kill the program, NOTEPAD is still the best website creator.".
I noticed you are using ASP pages, YAY! I thought that I was the only one around here that did... but server side scripting has its dangers.
Make sure you read up on all the ASP Security issues, and if your using SQL to query Databases, be extra carfull.
That's about all the advice I can give you. Heres the bottom line:
Current Site Quality: 73%
Quality with Later Content (Assuming): 86%
