I posted on here requesting a reseller account with around 30gb space, 300gb bandwidth, I have a few pm's etc and decided to chat with volonetworks on their support chat, they offered me a good deal and I signed up on the 19th, I received my details and logged in to find it said all my space and bandwidth were allocated, I contacted support again, who said it's fixed..it wasn't, anyway after 2 days and 6 time sof asking I got a refund, they also said I could have the 1st month free and that the'y set up the new account and it was working fine, I logged in and setup a test account, worked a treat, then on the 23rd I logged in to start creating some accounts, received the allocations message again, I went to volonetworks website on support, no answer after 45 mins, sent in a ticket, usually i get an email saying ticket received but not this time I took it to be email slow and never thought anymore of it, so today I still had no response so i logged in to bump the ticket...it had gone..so i tried web support again still no answer, sent in another ticket and this time checked it had arrived and it had...

Now i know my 1st month was free but surely that doesn't mean free from support now does it....mellowmasher is also trying their web support on my behalf, so hopefully mellowmasher can post the results.

I'll keep you updated on this, now I didn't post this in warnings, for a couple of reasons
1) I did gain a refund
2) they were very helpful at the start.

Maybe they've been just busy and couldn't answer you that fast? Anyways hope you'll get response soon.

*note* You were very creative on making the thread title I see.

Being busy is no reason to blank your clients.

Meaning what exactly?
I could have been nasty and posted this is warning and alerts, but got advice from an admin 1st, and thought other people would like to hear of a customers experience rather than go right out and bad mouth them.

I agree mellowmasher, even in their sigs is says Dedicated Above All...just wondering what to...

well the response 7 and half hours later which was submitted as an urgent matter,

Hey, well I setup the account for you the 2nd time and the account was working perfect, so im not sure what problem is going on at your side.
Best Regards,

Nothing that says he's looking into it or what, it seems they can't even offer and support a simple reseller account...

Try This

If you are creating accounts and it wont let you as all space is allocated, it sounds like your reseller account has all your space and stuff allocated to IT, so try lowering the package quotas on your reseller domain then you should free up space for your other accounts?

You could've used more words, explain more about what you want out of the thread than "My Reseller Experience" We do nither know if that means good or
bad.

So because it was bad then bad is another word to add, who did you have your reseller with? The name you told us was volonetworks.

Here's 2 better thread titles that you could've used:

"My Reseller Experience with volonetworks"

"Bad Reseller Experience with volonetworks"

The title you choosen in your thread is almost the same as when someone writes, "bad hosting" in a thread about a hosting they didn't have good Experience with.

You don't have to be mad at me because I think you should be alittle more creative that's all.

Regards, Blade1941.

I'm not mad at you at all, I didn't want to post saying it was a bad experience, I left that up to the people that read the thread, I didn't want to write a story as people wouldn't read it and all i wanted from the thread was to inform people of my reseller experience...simple.

Volo Networks is working as fast as possible to help resolve client tickets. We have a high volume of tickets and weekends we are a little slow on staff, and we have a couple members currently sick with the flu so things are slow, and I have been looking into these issue and look to hire more staff shortly. We offer great hosting and have amazing uptime so reaper I hope you take your free month and hope to stick around. Our new website will be coming out shortly to help better clients and the entire process.

Thanks,
Matt

Matt (sectorfour) is always willing to help me out setting up my stuff (i'm a total noob). He gave me a good deal on my hosting. I got the same allocation error but Matt's gonna fix it for me in the morning. I can't really comment on this since I've only been a client of Volonetworks for a few days, but Matt has been very helpful so far.

I have been running a few sites on Volo's hosting and have not had any problems, but I am sorry to hear that you are having problems, although they appear to have been resolved. If you ever have a question you can always PM me, sector, or talk to us on AIM.
