I was reading your blog and just wanted to give you some help on the parking companies.

Domainsponsor.com - Allows you full control/keywords/template/etc

They also have 3 tier ad network.

Voodoo.com- partial control- only uses Google feed.

Namedrive.com - Has complete customization- Poor PPC rates



I like Voodoo and Domainsponsor's auto optimization but it takes about 7 days to become fully working.

Hope this helps you in your quest to find the right parking company.

DDC.com may be your answer, I have been with them for years.

I have done tasting with almost every parking company, DDC is my personal favorite, Followed by Bodis then voodoo.

I have used many parking companies but use only 3 today, Bodis, Voodoo, DomainSponsor. They are about evenly split revenue-wise. I let Above.com do all the heavy lifting in deciding where to send the traffic. They save a lot of effort for the domainer.
