Frank, as others have said l, do a simple, well typed, sales pitch.

I would send something like this for mass emails:

Hello! We are currently selling the name “xxxxx” for a price of “xxxx”, we’ve decided to contact you before publicly listing it as we feel your company would use it best.

Please, contact me at xxxxxx or xxxxxxxxxxxx

I have sold a 4k euro domain on phone too
but that's not the same thing

my question is how to do outbound most effectively
as that can be scaled

Who in the company exactly is the best person to contact for this? CEO? How do you get to them?
I fee i’d do much better on the phone so I can actually stand out apart from the scammers/spammers/annoying people

Ask the lower staff to switch your call on them...
Or leave your number/email to reach you if they are interested to discuss a marketing/branding opportunity for their company.

This pitch sounds very very spammy to me. I mean, no offense, but it's word to word copy of tons of junk offers i delete every morning from my spam boxes. I doubt you can sell anything with such text, even if you have real gem.

sending out emails for ServiceCity.com can easily have hundred very targeted leads

Again I said thats for mass emails, Normally I personalize it a bit, but still keep it relatively short

Well with hunter.io I can send a ton at once so its not really too much work, but still I feel I should get at least more responses. 100 sent to 1 reply isnt an exact figure, I’ll test it today with some of my cryo names and see

Care to share some of these? Cause i get tons of spam but never word for word like you say this is. Compare that to Franks original outbound message, you can’t honestly say its not better. Its not all about how it sounds as well, its about how well its typed, what words are used and how, also, the first sentence of your email is also partially shown prior to even opening the message, so its good to have it be up front and no bs.

And @frank-germany as I mentioned earlier, I will record this info for you as I do it, I havent done a 100 email test with the same template, Usually I personalize my outbond emails as opposed to a mass email. I also dont actively track whats read/seen/clicked, but I will share that info with this next round emails

You've got to include keywords that will get them interested, and avoid telling them that they must buy the name from you. Also, give them the impression that you have only sent the email to them, and you don't come across as a spammer.

I don't outbound on mass - probably only send 10-15 emails/week. I focus more on research, and making each email count rather than the quantity of emails.
