My new design, good or bad?

the bottom part of the page doesnt match up, and I think it would be good if the main content was same colour as side bars, and they didnt have the lines over.

a lot better though :D

Hi,

Its a nice enough design (will look twice as good with some more content)
There is a little problem with the text in the top right hand corner,it looks a little "smudged" (i thought it was a smudge on my screen lol)
The border also looks alittle out of place.

Header needs to be redone. Needs a better font too.
