My name.com registered or dropping?

Ok I've been watching keenen.com for some while now since keenen is my name.
For some reason for almost 10 years disney has owned keenen.com. I've wondered why because disney has no show or anything called keenen. There is kenan and kel but firstly its spelt kenan and the show isnt disney's. Finally my name was dropping soon but now when I go to whois source I get :

The thing is its not that important to me. I just want it for a blog ill probally never have time to create. Anyways I have the .net. If I could get the .com it would be better.
