I agree, at that price I would have sold. In my opinion the domain is only worth something to someone who needs that domain in particular for branding purrposes. I highly doubt that you will get any better offers.

This is the issue of end-users; the average person wouldn't pay a dime for some domains, but the person looking for the domain would pay anything to get it. Domaining is not an easy game.
