domain My first name appraisal please

Hi guys, kinda new to domaining. I've regged about 70 names so far (80% of which are probably no good but hey, learning experience right?), and need some helpful advice about one of my names please:

BACKLINX (dot) com.

I wish it was the original spelling! It is still catchy though and to the point. Anyway I had planned on developing this name but that takes time and I don't have much of that right now due to some personal probs going on. I have already received two offers on it and am now trying to decide what to do.

Can I please get a few suggestions here on what you think the ballpark value of this name could be? I would really appreciate it.

The resellers (most of the people you will meet on this forum, including myself) this domain is likely worth $30 to $45 max but to a fairly motivated end user the value lies somewhere between $200 and $400 IMHO.
