My first development

Well I know how to buy domains and own a whole bunch. I have decided that I should take a stab at development and really do not have a clue how to start. I am thinking of developing OnlinePoker.hk into a free flash poker games site. Gambling in Hong Kong is illegal. I also want to put PPC ads for gambling and hotels in Macau, nearby island full of casinos. I have no idea where I should host (what I need), where to get this template, how to upload it, etc. Any help from you pros would be appreciated. Is there a place that can do everything for a fixed price?

You need to start with something more specific. We need a little bit of background. You might not have done web design, but have you done any type of graphics? How much do you know about the net and names and such. Tell us as much as you know and we will tell you where you can start. Also, how much money are you willing to spend on startup? Websites tend to cost a lot of money in the beginning, but earn you money later on.
