Please, such question - if Mr. N sold the domain for $100.000 at Flippa, must he pay 15% (may be 20% - don't remember now) from $100.00 firstly $15.000- before getting money from sold domain? I thought that Flippa holds these 15% from the whole amount, from $100.000 in this case, and the seller gets money $85000.

Yes they must remove the 15% ,most times flippa will send you an invoice to pay the 15% before the buyer pays however you can wait till the buyer pays and instruct them to remove it from there..
