My domain, my wp tempate - need simple build out

Looking for assistance on building out a simple wp site. I will provide the domain and template.

Single item/product as an affiliate site. Will need a couple simple articles 500 words +/- as part of the package. Can be history of, rules of, etc... type articles - all info readily available via product search.

Looking for a quote, and will most likely be ongoing opportunity if the price/quality are right. PM questions/quotes.
