Hey!
I've been with nenet (nenet.net) for about 4 months.

Everything won't really nice first 2 months but the next 2 i had no support at all.
Server is now ****ed up and i am even calling at there phone but no response.

Now i have a few clients pretty disappointed.
I'm really pissed about all this.
I'd like to know if i can do anything about it.
Because i am losing because of them...

Hope someone can help me out.

Try moving the clients to ServerMatrix maybe? Their prices are pretty decent I heard

lol i can't do anything because for some reason they haven't renewed my cpanel/whm license and i'm not able to contact them in any way.

They also owe me money because i've paid for some upgrades i never got.

Try acting as a different person by emailing them from a new address. If they reply, it means they are probably avoiding you, or some fraud is happening in the company. If they don't, then hopefully you kept backups or can access the ftp to make backups for each client?

Hi,

I would try PolurNET's plan as well, try and get backups somehow (if you can't get anything else) so you can atleast keep your clients and switch hosts.

heh, what about mysql then? Thats just files...

Try getting your backup's via ssh...

ok you guys all have good idea's i'll try contacting them under another name first
if that doesn't work i'll find a method to backup clients.

But on the legal side can i do anything since i am not getting the support i should get?
They owe me money also for upgrades i never got i'd like to get that someway.

If you used paypal, you should definately file a PayPal dispute for each transaction with them, and recuperate as many funds you can. If they don't reply to the complaints you have (if they're dead for example), then you will win the case, and if they have the money you'll get it back :)

if it is a true story to regain a whm/cpanel licence he could apply for a trial licence which would give him 2 weeks or so to work with.
