My Banner, Your Page, how much? (468x60 free games)

I am always looking for sites to advertise the following banners on. I am looking for fair prices and good deals.

You can chose one of these arcades. Both are 100% free of popups, spyware, or other types of spam. Ideally, I would be looking for entertainment sites with traffic. PR does not matter, but traffic does. It would be pointless for me to advertise on sites that don't atleast recieve 100 visitors per day.

and hey if he doesnt want to pay 5 bucks a month for that then let him tell me. No sweat to me i already have people paying 15 a month to have banners on my site so.......I thought id offer him a deal at 5.
