My Afternic account got suspended after creating it 3 days back

I am new to domain selling and started it recently by creating an account on Afternic. Uploaded some 50 Domains and subsequently am not able to login to the Afternic site as it says "Your account has been suspended, contact customer service" I have written to them and am yet to receive any response. I expect them to inform the user as to what is the issue before suspending the account. Yet to receive any response from them. Please let me know what to do to sort it out.

Is your country of origin in India?

Some platforms have issues with payments for accounts in india.

Yes.I My Country of origin is India. I had a discussion with them and it seems that they had some concerns in regards to the domain ownership. The access is reinstated. Thanks.

Did they specify why the acc got suspended ? technical error ? or something specific ?
