My Afternic Account Got Permanently Suspended Without Clear Reason

Hello NamePros members,

I'm new to domain name investing and recently purchased about 17 domains, which I listed for sale on Afternic. A few days later, I had my first sale on Afternic, but the domain was locked for 60 days.

Today was the domain transfer deadline. I gave Afternic the transfer code, but the transfer failed. There was a sale four days ago, but the buyer canceled the payment. Today, there's a new buyer, and I gave them a checkout link, but they haven't opened it yet. My Afternic account has now been suspended.

I really don't understand why my account was closed like this, and I would appreciate any advice or guidance on how to proceed.

I'm tagging @Joe Styler; perhaps they can provide an explanation or assistance.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

It's kind odd to just register 17 domains, then have two buyers in such a short period of time.

Hopefully you get it figured out.

Maybe the two buyers and your IP address are the same.

A domain novice registered 17 domains, and two buyers appeared within a few days? Are you trying to use Self-Brokered Leads' low-fee cash advance on your credit card, or are you trying to launder money?

I market all my domains. The two sales are in England, but to two different people. I feel Afternic is too lenient in closing accounts without explaining the violation so I can respond.

It's either you are selling to yourself (or act together with ''buyers'') or it's some fake names you are trying to push through. There is no way in a million years that names like yours (you had them all listed here on NP before) get two sales in a few days (even one!)
Afternic probably thinks the same.
