Here’s what 101domains has sent me…

To provide some insight here are a list of domains currently prohibited from being registered at .MV. This is to avoid ordering domains that will just be refunded to you later:

SPORTS.MV

This is a misunderstanding, sport.mv is forbidden, and the sports.mv could not be considered at all, because it has been mine for a long time.

This is why .mv is worthless. These types of shenanigans would never happen with .com

I didn't know plural was good.
I also tried to register robotiks.ai instead robotics.ai .
The difference is that in case .ai I was ahead of everyone by four years, and in case .mv of by four months. Be faster like Sharon Stone in "The Quick and the Dead" and you won't need any shenanigans.

Been waiting since before Xmas.

I’ll wait to hear from 101 on why they said sports.mv is reserved but somehow @Igor Gabrielan got it. Seems dodgy.

My gut says to abandon ship. If anyone wants casino.mv I’ll sell at a loss. Message me.

101 said sports.mv is not allowed to be registered. I’m following up now.

If the registrar tells you that the domain is reserved by the registry, yes, it’s a problem. We’ll wait for you to let us know…
