The hyphenated version is registered across all major extensions, but they are almost all held by domainers, and waiting for a buyer. If the .net and the .com can't sell, I don't see much chance for a .co. The .us is expiring, because a hyphenated .us is the kiss of death. Can't see where .co would be any better.
