Hi all,
I'm currently in dispute with registrar which I can not disclose for obvious reasons.
I had the domain for over a year, paid for and renewed till 2017 but I recently found out that I no longer have control of the domain name. I have all documentations to prove that I am the rightful owner of the domain name.
Is it possible for the registrar to transfer out the domain name without your consent?
If not, what action(s) can I take, now that the domain had been transferred to someone else without my knowledge?
