Musician fan site needed that updates content automatically

Hi,

I recently bought the domain atif-aslam.com and apparently he is a popular Pakistani musician on a rising trend. Here is a google trends comparison with terms that have good search volume:

What I need:
I need a website that updates news, photos and articles automatically. I want something that I will set and forget. What kind of solution do I need? Where is that dynamic content going to come from? I assume some RSS feeds will be used. Is there a script that will go and find popular rss feeds for the search terms and change the content on the site as well as update the rss feed selection automatically.

I don't know this musician. I don't know the native language. I don't even know what language they speak in Pakistan. If you do, that's even better.

What solution do I need? How much would this cost to implement?
