It has 30ish members, about 40,000 hits a month and about 3-400 uniques and its been online about a month, im not sure if you need more info

The term being here won't put it above your page, it will most likely help it...

Especially if you use the link code for vbulletin and have it link to your page with the link title being "your keyword".

As far as the name itself goes, I don't get "hardhouse", must be a brit thing?

This is a nice domain... but to tell you the truth the extensions for it .info really hurts. It would probably be worth somewhere in the low $xx - mid $xx.
