The only .equipment sale reported on Namebio was last year for $350. I dont think its worth keeping at this point. However, name fits the extension so i suggest you contact potential end-users before dropping it.

It will cost you $100/Year to find out, it's to early to predict the success of .equipment.

You could renew 10+ .com's for $100 - Music.Equipment does look nice thou !

Keep it for another two to three years and wait for high xxx $ atleast.
I have XRAY.equipment
I contacted some of the xray manufacturers and distributors all over the world and got offers upto 1200$
But I am waiting for more since xray industry is a billion dollar industry. If they sell one xray equipment through this domain name, they will make a profit equivalent to mid x,xxx$

I would have a question, have you contacted proactively some end users? If so (like more then 50 companies), and no success, I would advise to drop it.

If not yet, I would say renew it for 1 more year and it would be great to contact some companies (which are selling music equipment). For sure they will like the name. The name is very good, so it is worth the try imo.
