Multiple PHP/MySQL project needs!

LYRobot.com already has it's own system, I'm mainly looking for people to build features onto it. Security and functionality are important, so I'm asking for portfolio work before accepting offers. My budget is flexible, but looking for a fair price (I am a developer as well, so I know the reasonable cost of such services).

Please provide offers for any of the following:

• Opt-in opion added to account settings - Ability for any member to opt-in to a giveaway via account page. They are then sortable via administrator control panel. Pluses include the ability to use the system to randomly select an opt-in user and/or list creator for those opt-in.
• Upload Progress Bar - Tracks upload progress of each or all files being uploaded through the script. Dynamic speed check and amount written to what is left, is a plus.
• Subfolders - Ability to add folders under another folder, for a subfolder effect.
• Premium Membership - Part of a potential script has already been written, so the person can use that with discount or create a new one if so.

I also want to integrate the script's member system with BBpress's member system and let both script exchange data. That's a project down the road, but one I'd like to get done soon.
