domain MTVM.com ---serious thoughts

Ok,

I would like some honest appraisals on this one.

Keep in mind MTV owns MTVN.com (mtv networks) and MTVK.com is "MTV K is a channel dedicated to Korean Americans that showcases the best of Korean culture while providing a platform for Korean American talent."

Both letters N and K surround the M on the keyboard. I will be putting it on namedrive to test the traffic shortly.

Should I try to sell this to MTV??

A few ideas off the top of my head are MTV Movies, MTV Men, MTV Moments

Or just "more tv movies" "many tv moments" etc....

Analysis and insight greatly appreciated.

Wow. That's a really good LLLL.com! I'm not sure if you would run in to TM issues or not since it has MTV in the name. I'm estimating this could fall anywhere between mid $x,xxx to low $xx,xxx. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure I'm in the ballpark. I'm not sure what you would do in this situation with selling it or auctioning it, that's hard to say. Good luck man!

Thanks for your opinion evoltix, repped. I am thinking there would be no TM issues because "MTV" is so generic and the domain could mean a number of things.

Now if I developed it and included anything to do with MTV on it then I think there would be problems.

Any other opinions??

I dont think you should try to sell it to MTV, rather enjoy the traffic and revenue, and still can get a potential buyer in the meantime.

Look for more businesses with the initials "MTVM." I looked at Google and found a few things. I would concur on the $x,xxx estimate, possibly more if you can find the right end user. Good LLLL.com.

it is a good LLLL.com, there are some uses to it.
i desagree with the $x,xxx value that texasspecial have said.
low $xxx to resellers at the point. may be worth high $xxx to end users.
