I notice it quite alot actually though it hasnt been down today, my error i normally recieve is something like,

We're sorry but MSN is unable to log you in at this time due to several reasons, MSN is currently unavailable or adjust your connection settings

i noticed that hotmail is so slow this days and today i had problems to sign in to my messenger.

Hotmail is always running pretty slow with me... lately ive had no probs. with msn meseenger though.

msn was down for me yesterday but is back up now. Keep coming up with a message like it could not establish a connection while trying to log in.

Mine was working fine for me today. However there are a lot of times I get errors too when I try to sign in.

Msn is working fine here in Africa.
Sometimes having a proxy in IE can slow down or even stop MSN from logging in. I always make sure that there are no proxies set when there is a problem with sign in.
