ccTLD .ms Registrar with Private Registration

Hi,

I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I was wondering if anyone knows a registrar that allows ".ms" domain registration with privacy/whois-guard?

I know Network Solutions, Inc. (NSI) offers such service, but from the reviews and the hefty fees they impose, I don't think I would like to go with them.

Are there any other(s)?
