For me the domain is very good,considering that all of the mp33 family is already taken and no one of them is listed for sale(except mine-.org)
Also the name is very short and sounds easy to remember...and also
I saw mp333.org(one 3 more listed on sedo for 200EURO.

so thinking about that facts I won't ask about it lower than several hundreds USD.

I'm sorry, but its not very catchy IMO, and there aren't any acronyms that go with it, plus its a .org, so I think you are going to be lucky to get the reg. fee back.
